JAMES ENNIS
 

CEO

James (Jay) Ennis is the CEO and Founder of Arcway. A South Carolina native, Jay obtained his degree in Business, General Management, from Clemson University. He and his wife , Hope, moved to Nashville following graduation, where he initially started in the industry and enjoyed success, moving from Inside sales to outside sales, and then eventually to management of both sales teams. He then was tasked to move to another state to operate a new office. Within one year, he grew that office to sixteen internal employees, impacting the lives of over ten clients and eighty contractors.
He moved back home to South Carolina, to be closer to his family and to establish a career in his home state.

CHANDLER ODUM

Co-Founder

Chandler Odum, Co-Founder of Arcway, was born and raised in South Carolina. With more than ten years of experience in the manufacturing industry, he brings a perspective that benefits both the clients and the contractors with whom we partner. A major strength he contributes to Arcway is his great success in both solutions and customer relationships.

HOPE ENNIS

Co-Founder

Hope Ennis is a Co-Founder of Arcway. An upstate South Carolina native, she provides an understanding of the market that impacts every client and contractor with whom we interact. She has more than seven years of experience in client relations in industrial and the commercial design field. She has seen great success in her career, and she loves taking on new challenge and seeing the positive impact of her work in the lives of others.
